Registration
For attending the 2017 ICCP Conference follow the steps:
1. Create an account here. Your email address will be used as an user name.
2. For those intending to submit a paper the link for abstract submission can be found after signing into your account at the right menu My Account/Submit New Abstract.
3. Starting from February 2016 payment methods will be available for final registration.

Registration fee for participants covers:
- Admission to the scientific activities between the 29th of June and the 1st of July, except for workshops
- Access to the exhibition area
- The conference badge and the bag with the final program and all other conference materials
- Official certificate of participation

- Lunches and coffee breaks between the 29th of June and 1st of July
Accompanying person fee covers:
- Admission to the scientific activities between the 29th of June and the 1st of July, except for workshops
- Access to the exhibition area
- An accompanying person badge
- Access to the opening reception

** Referes to undergraduate, master and PhD students. Proof of student status (Photocopy of student card-ISIC) must be provided to the Congress Secretariat
Acces to gala dinner is not included in the registration and acompanying person fees.

Pre-congress workshop fee covers:
- Admission to the registered pre-conference workshop on the 28th of June
- A certificate of attendance
- Lunch and coffee breaks on the 28th of June
In-congress workshop fee covers:
- Admission to the registered in-conference workshop between the 29th of June and the 1st of July
- A certificate of attendance
Please note that accompanying persons will not be allowed in the workshop rooms for both pre-congress and in-congress workshops.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the IACP 2017 Registration Secretariat by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Cancellations received earlier than 15th May, 2017 - full refund less a 20% administration fee
Cancellations received on or after 15th May, 2017 - no refund, name change will be available
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of IACP 2017, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
